Fediben Weight Loss Group

Welcome to the Fediben 2022 weight loss group. Weโ€™ll start slow on week one and ramp up the intensity from Wk2 to Wk4.
Requirements:
Our goal is to lose 5kg/10lbs (individually) in January.
Only:* Intermittent fasting (eat between 12 noon and 8pm latest).
-Cut out sugar and eat only cooked meals.
-No 3-square meals please ๐Ÿ˜‚
Must fast for at least 14-16hrs.

You can diet only or diet and exercise.
Download MFP and log in your weight in the app. We're using this app to track progress and keep everyone accountable.
You must log in your daily exercise.
You must post a snapshot of the weight lost in this group on Sunday morning.
Tips: Record your weight.
Measure your underbust, stomach, waist and thighs.
Eat whatever you want but in limited quantities.
Measure your food with a measuring cup. One cup of rice equals about 320 calories.

*Week One:*
Goal: Lose 1kg/2lbs
*Diet + Exercise:*
1. 30 mins Jump rope 5 days/wk. You can take breaks and rest in-between. Play good music to keep yourself going.
2. Rest on Wednesday and Sunday.
Intense group:
1. 30 mins jump rope 5days/wk except Wednesdays and Sundays.
2. Plus exercise video 2/week - Mon and Thurs or Sat.

You must post a snapshot of the weight lost in this group on Sunday morning. You can do this!
