This group is for people who know they need oversight on what to eat and do for weight loss and weight loss sustainment. The rules for now are:

1). Share your food diary and exercise diary daily.
2). Share weight, via an image, on being on the scale weekly.
3). Meet weekly via Zoom to talk about what we've learned about ourselves during the week (no more than a 1/2 hour, based on the number of participants).

Three occurrences of non-compliance will result in being removed from the group.
