BBL Results!
I've completed my BBL program that I mixed with Hip Hop Abs and a little Insanity and here were my results from following that hybrid for 67 days: Lost: 18 inches Down: 20.4 pounds Melted: 4.42% body fat BOOM! Get those DVD's out and push play!
BBL works ladies!
I've completed 6 weeks on the program and have mixed in some INSANITY and mostly Hip Hop Abs as well. I've lost 7.8 lbs and a whopping 10.75 inches since I started on May 20, 2013! My fiance has noticed the positive changes in my butt too; even though he liked my butt the way it was, he's not complaining about how it looks…
Am I crazy about 2 programs I exercise?
I will start MAX insanity and BBL on June 3. I feel like I'd like to challenge them. I think I will start Insanity in afternoon and start BBL in evening and I can't do them at same time.
