Let’s get healthy ladiessss! This isn’t meant to be a competition, more of a starter kit to a healthier lifestyle. By tracking your calories, you are able to see just how much you actually are eating on the daily and what proper portion sizes look like.

Let’s set a goal to log your calories atleast 4 days/week and do some type of exercise for 30min, 2x/week. You will thank yourself 2 months from now when you are feeling and looking better!
