Is anyone else using a tracking hardware/software like FitBit or VivoSmart?
I use a Garmin VivioSmart 4 to track my heartrate, steps and sleep. What, if any, is used be others?
What activities is/are everyone doing?
I'm doing steps. Not many at this time, but I'm working up to more. What kind of activities does anyone else do?
