1. Exercise 45 mins per day for at least 6 days each week
2. 1 active rest day each week (focus on an overall step goal for the day, stretching, or another physical goal that doesn't require a workout)
3. Drink 3 liters/100oz of water a day (about 6 plastic 18oz water bottles a day)
4. Read 10 pages of any book a day
5. 30 total days (does not have to be consecutive) with no fast food or soda
6. Only drink on social occasions (invited out to socialize with friends etc. each participant is allowed to initiate 1 social event per week)
