Done! I don't know where I am as far as days on Level 2 though. I'll keep up with Level 2 until I can get through all of the plank twists at the end ;-)
Days 14 and 15
So I was way too tired and sore Friday to Shred. 8 hours of cutting and laying baseboards had me too exhausted to turn on the video! Everybody gets a free day right? Today, Day 15 I plan to do a modified Shred because I have been painting all day. My left wrist is killing me from painting so I think I'll just do Level 1…

Done and ready for more! Just not more L2/circuit 3. I hate circuit 3 :sad: But I'll do it anyway!

Day 1 of Level 2 - Done!
Day 11- Level 2
First day of level 2 is done. Didn't care for it much. But I like that it has more intense ab work.
