PRODUCT LISTINGS

Sometimes the things I use aren't in the database or the info isn't directly from the container it comes in. So, I am making a list of the items I regularly use and keeping it here. You can use the information but it's not for everyone to add to. Again, everything here is directly from the packages they come in. I will be posting recipes at some point and those will be tallied for calorie content using the calculations based on packaging where needed. But for now, these are my regular buys.
