What is your go to at home workout?
For me currently I'm loving Body Beast - its a 90 Day program that is focused on weightlifting. I've enjoyed it immensely, as well as introduced it to a few great friends who have enjoyed it as well.

What is the one workout that you dread the most?
For me its Leg Day....Hate it while going though, after you are done you are glad you did it.
