Seeing as how the other groups didn't seem to be active, I'm trying to start this new one for those of us still using my fitness pal.
Please introduce yourself here and let us know about your journey! I'm Andrea, and I had my sleeve on May 9th, 2022. So far I've lost 23 lbs since my surgery date and am just starting on mixed foods. It feels like forever since I've had normal stuff, lol.
The tablets made me terribly nauseous if I didn't space them out well enough. Fortunately for me, the soft chews are much easier on my stomach. Has anyone else experienced this?
