Here are some of my thoughts regarding my first workout: 1. When did mountain climbers get so hard? 2. Just because they say ‘cool down minute’, doesn’t mean that your workout is almost over. 3. If someone says ‘firecracker burpees’ I would recommend to run the other way. 4. Most importantly…I did it!! And it feels great!!…
Happy Friday! So, I tried Kefir for the first time yesterday…don’t recommend it! I’m sure it has great health benefits but can’t get over the taste. On a positive note, proud to have accomplished a great workout this morning…included 50 burpees 😅

Fitness pal shows that green grapes are lower than red. Yet, everything I’ve read is that they are the same calories. Red grapes have other benefits to your health as well.
