The Health and Human Services facet of the Norfolk Chapter of The Links, Incorporated will start the 2022-23 program year walking for a healthy Living to celebrate the 27th Annual Walk-A-Thon. This event will occur immediately following the first in-person meeting since the COVID-19 Pandemic.
