Over 11 years, I have trained Corporate clients to stay at home mothers and the most common problem that I see is people finding time to exercise!

A new habit should not feel like a challenge, but the actions that follow might be!
That is, doing a 2-minute workout shouldn’t be challenging but exercising for 1 hour might be.
You probably don’t eat breakfast because it takes too long, but you CAN make an omelette or a smoothie in 2 minutes.

This will allow you to do the easy actions on a more consistent basis.
Focus on progression NOT perfection!!!

It’s hard to fathom habits that take 1 hour, especially in the busy, time-poor world we live in.
