Fitness Princess Jump Start Challenge

This is a 4 week Weight loss challenge based on a high protein, low fat diet. It is a jump start to lose fat and spare muscle. Lots of veggies and lean protein. Weight training ( low weight) 3x per week and 20 min steady pace cardio per day. Every challengers protein requirements are worked put according to their age and lean body mass.
