Moores Getting Fit!
Let’s start January 2nd. A gallon of water each day. We all have jugs, so use them!! NO BREAD, NO SWEETS, NO FRIED FOODS, NO CHIPS, NO CANDY. THE FIRST WEEK: 30 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EACH DAY. AFTER THE FIRST WEEK, 1 HOUR OF EXERCISE OF DAY!!!
