Bariatric Surgery post 2 years but gained weight
Hi,
For those who have had any type of weight loss surgery and find themselves gaining weight. What are you doing to reset? Pouch is NOT stretched but I have become very sedentary since retirement. Encouragement and Consistency is what is much needed. Please share your thoughts and ideas on how you are getting back on track for losing.
