Hello! Does anyone have experience with AIP Keto? I can't eat eggs. I only tolerate a tiny bit of dairy maximum once a week or less. Any ideas, suggestions, or recipes?
I know the test strips aren’t overly accurate but I’m keeping my carb count under 20 g a day and eating under 1500 calories. Test strips indicate moderate which is 4.0 mmol/L. I feel good but not sure if this is ok?
