100 day challenge 5/1-8/9

Do something well and consistently for 100 days in a row. You set your own goal and plan and commit to do it well for 100 days in a row. Life is full of interruptions, surprises and events, therefore if we plan for those situations we can still take scheduled breaks or exemptions and still keep going.

The goal of this group is to start with willpower and end with the power of habit. Also get rid of the nothing-or-all mentality and embrace progress as opposed to perfection.

Late entries are accepted as long as you come with a plan, be serious and committed and don't be a quitter.
