Get It & Go Fitness - 5-Week Challenge
Thank you for participating in the GI&GF Challenge. The Challenge is from Thursday, June 1st through Friday, July 7th EOD.
During this time, please:
1) Track ALL of your food and beverages on MyFitnessPal every day
2) Work out at least 4 times per week
3) Drink at least 64 oz of water every day
4) Enjoy a reasonable cheat-meal 1 time per week (optional)
5) Encourage each other along the way
It's important to be each other's accountability partner. It'll help everyone stay on track.
