Just a group of friends and peeps trying to help each other become healthier and happier! Through Exercise, eating good and just being better!
August Goals:
Exercise: 7,500 Steps Daily (If you already do this, set a higher goal for yourself!)
Food: Drink more water (Your Weight x .5 = number of ounces... Ex. 100 x .5 = 50 oz)
Mental: 5-10 minutes reflecting on the day. Was it good? Was it bad? Understand your state of mind. Keeping a journal or notes daily might be helpful.
