Here's How to Participate:
1. Grab the MyFitnessPal: First, head to your app store and download the MyFitnessPal App. It's user-friendly and a breeze to navigate. https://myfitnesspal.com
2. Join Our Group: Search for our group named "BVC Water Drinking Challenge" once you're set up.
3. Log Your Intake: Each time you drink a glass of water (around 8 ounces or 250 ml), just note it in Tally. Let's aim for 8 glasses a day.
4. Consistency Counts: This challenge is all about building good habits together. So, whether you sip a little or a lot, it's all about staying the course.
5. Share the Vibes: Drop occasional encouragements for teammates in the app. It's more fun when we motivate each other!
Some Friendly Ground Rules:
1. Honesty First: Let’s log what we drink genuinely. After all, this challenge is for our own good vibes.
2. Balance Your Drinks: Try to limit super caffeinated or sugary beverages to a max of 2 a day, giving water its deserved limelight.
