Eating for comfort (stress or dress)

I comfort eat when under stress. They call it comfort eating but how can that it be when with every mouthful my clothes lose more comfort.
From 19th August 2023 I intend to change all that, with balanced meals, restricted treats and planned exercise. What can I do by 23rd December 2023?
