When you don’t have anyone else to look up to you look up to the influential. They become influential because they overcame the challenges they faced throughout their lives and made something better because of it.
My story starts with my role model as I learn to Live Like Elton. An inspiration in many ways for many different reasons. For fitness I look to Michael Phelps, all American swimmer. This group is a resource to stay updated with workout plans I follow, recipes I create, and ways I find inspiration in getting Fit Like Phelps.
