Sometimes we’re thirsty and not hungry. Also, your Evolt scan will not be favorable when you’re dehydrated. Add some lemon or cucumber if water is boring to you.
Who out there are breakfast eaters and who aren’t???? I usually eat my breakfast around 9 or 10. For my protein after lifting I have a scoop of protein powder with water or almond milk. I like to add a scoop of collagen powder to my coffee which also has some protein.
