2024 Fam, Fit & Fun Challenge

90 Day Challenge Rules:
-Start Date: 1/1/2024 End Date: 4/1/2024
-Workout min 4x per week (45 min workout)
-Nutrition Guidelines based on your goals
- Rest Days/Cheat meal 1x per week= null pts (free day but no points will be gained or lost)
1. You will need to track your own points weekly. Send Tamiya your weekly tally and she will keep a massive point tracker on a file sheet and distribute to the group.
2. Upload a pic of nutrition and workout completion for the day in group thread for group tracking purposes
3. Monthly weigh ins. Upload pics in the announcement by the end of each month

Points:
-3pts per day (good nutrition, workout, show proof) for min 4 days = 12 pts min per week
-16 pts max out for the week required + 2 pts bonus for extra workout = 18pts for that week
-Points will need to be tallied every Sunday before starting new week
-for every time we drink alcohol or eat bad outside the x1 cheat meal weekly will be deducted by -1pt per beverage/meal

Bonuses:
Workout more than the min 4x per week =1pt extra for completing that workout

Winner:
Person with the most tallied points by 3/1/2024 will get $200 towards their restaurant of choice. The two losers will split $100 per via Venmo,zelle, cash app etc towards the champs dinner.
