Well this group seems to have slowed down real fast. (including me) I have not kept up with my tracking this week, but I think I have been doing well. Time to buckle down again though.
How is everyone doing so far this week? Not to brag, but I stayed within my calorie goal the last two days, and even fit in a few minutes of excercise. Baby steps I guess. :)
