Journaling Accountability
My Fitness Pal's food journal is fabulous. If I can log in faithfully (almost) every day I absolutely lose weight, painlessly. It somehow changes my appetite. I'm perfectly content. The big IF is bypassing the mental block that keeps me from rekindling that simple habit. I'm looking for a tad bit of peer pressure to push me over the edge and keep me on task. It's worked for me before. Looking for some like-minded folks who'll benefit from the same. By joining, we're committing to post at least once a week and report on how well we've been journaling (or not.) No judgment, no criticism. Just encouragement and accountability. Saying it out loud to the world, 'Yes, I'm doing this.'
