Ultimate Accountability Challenge February 2024
Welcome to the Ultimate Accountability Challenge for February 2024!

This challenge is established anew each month and is made up of both returning and new members. We warmly welcome each of you to our supportive environment, where we encourage each another to success on our unique health journeys.
This challenge is deceivingly simple. Do the following every day for the entire month of February; exercise actively for at least 20 minutes; eat only your budgeted calories; and, track your caloric food and caloric beverages. Report in to the group once per day or no less than once every 3 days. If you fulfill those accountabilities, you will be included in the monthly Winner's Circle. This is a coveted achievement to those who seek a better life through thoughtful, healthy habits.
A day in which you 'miss' any one of the targeted expectations for any reason (including travel, illness, or any other issue) is considered a Pass Day. Each month you can have up to 3 Pass Days and still qualify for the Winner's Circle. If you have over 3 pass days you qualify to be a Champion if you have reported in to account for every day -- regardless of your success with the three individual accountabilities.
This challenge is open to anyone to join until the 6th of the month. After the 6th of the month, the group is set to Private. New members can still join through a request to the administrators of the group. New members after the 6th will be welcome to join, but will neither be eligible for the coveted "Winner's Circle" nor be considered for "Champion" status.
Counting of pass days starts from the day you join. So, if you join on February 5, you start your accountabilities on that day (and no need for four pass days for the first days of the month before you joined).
This is a volunteer run non-commercial space. Neither solicitation nor sales are permitted in this group. Any member entering and undertaking such activity will be removed and blocked. Thank you for your understanding.
