Hi Everyone- I am 9 days pre-op and having the sleeve in 12/10. I am exited but nervous at the same time. I am having some trouble getting in my 60g of Protein and 60oz of water each day, but I am working on it.

I just signed up with Fitness Pal. Thanks for adding me. I am looking for support and ideas while on this journey. I am on week 2 of the pureed/blended phase of eating and have "no idea" what to make for myself. Any quick meals or snack ideas?

Post op VSG-need support
Hi all! I've been on MFP on and off for 3 years but I'm now 4 months post op VSG and need to be serious about logging daily. My HW: was 302 SW:265 and currently I'm bouncing around on a plateau between 230-232. Quite frustrating but it's been a stressful time since surgery. I could really use some support in this journey

New member. Pre-op for VSG
Hi everyone. I'm pre-op for the Sleeve. Surgery is scheduled for July 23rd so I am in the middle of the pre-op diet of shakes, veggies and fruit. Looking for tips on what to either add to the shakes or what to eat that will keep me full. Because I'm only 3 days in, my stomach hasn't shrunk yet so I'm starving! Thank you
