To me Rush Fit is pretty kick *kitten* not just because I am a fan of GSP.. The workouts get pretty intense and at the beginning I had trouble keep up but you just need to set it at your own pace. Eventually over time the workouts became second nature and I find myself doing the workouts twice to get the sore feeling.
I figured since there are no other groups on Rushfit and I am using MFP to track progress, I would start a group. Looking for 10% body fat by the end of 2012? Anyone care to join me?
