People that like to Fast, no matter how long, can come in The Fasting Lounge and chill with other People that like to fast. Come on in and chill and talk with other Fasters that will motivate and get you through those hunger pangs. It's always good to talk to someone while Fasting, especially when you are going through it. Short fasts, and long fasts, everybody is Welcomed to The Fasting Lounge!!!

Been awhile, but I’m back
Hello again!! Past few years a lot has happened. Lost my focus, been fasting again since July 3rd, usually 20-4. Though there have been times I’ve stretched that longer than I wanted to due to where I was at the moment. Looking forward to reacquainting with y’all.
