Wellness Support for Remote Workers
This group's purpose is to support wellness within our functional area. Having a desk job, and working remotely, reduces opportunity for employees to get up and move. We don't walk to a meeting or take a walking break with our peers. Our fridge and snacks are within reach and tease our tendencies to mindlessly snack. Taking a break helps maintain mental clarity and enhance productivity, reducing stress. Let's support each other in creating or maintaining healthy habits, whatever your individual goals are!
