Last day ! No More Trouble Zones!
30 DS Level 2 and 1 Done!
NMTZ and 30DS level 1 I did this workout yesterday, It wasn't too bad. I'm curious on the calorie burn with those with HRMs. I logged as circuit training in MFP and it gave me 777 which I think is too high.
Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism and Quick Trouble Zones I can't believe we're almost done! I think I did the best I've ever done with the Banish Fat workout.
What are you going to do after this? I am going away on August 8 for a few weeks and am kinda busy until then and probably can't fit a workout in some of the days. I am probably going to alternate between these videos and not sure what I will do when I come back the last week of August.
Rest day! I am going to be super busy tomorrow so I did tomorrow's workout today and will take the rest day tomorrow.
Quick Trouble Zones and 30 Day Shred Level 2 Can't believe we are at Day 25 already!
The dreaded Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism Doesn't seem to get much easier. I was tired after 20 mins instead of 15 mins so I guess that's something. And the last circuit was tough for me today.
Quick Trouble Zones Not too bad. I must say though, this is the first time I've done it with 3 lbs weights as I only had 1.5 lbs weights before and finally got another pair. And it wasn't bad at all.
