S.M.A.R.T. Goals
Jungle Miami will launch the first Nutrition Power Class this Saturday, July 13th at 12pm, where we put the power in your hands to lose weight and finally reach your goals. This weeks subject will be on the importance of setting S.M.A.R.T. Goals.
