You know I issued a challenge to one of our fellow boot campers and I thought why not do it for everyone! Here it is I challenge you guys to drink a glass of water in the morning before anything else goes in your mouth:0) And if you want to take it a step further, drink one before every meal and snack
So after taking a couple months off of food journaling this summer, I got back into the bad habit of eating sweets. Now that I'm back to it, I'm trying to resist the temptation but it's not working out the greatest. What are some things you all do to fight cravings for sweets?
