30 day challenege
I've started this a few times before but either got too eager and then burnt out or given up completely. You start with 50 a day, then slowly build up to 250/300 by adding 5 more a day. Don't forget rest days.

After a month...pics
Yeah, it's too early but I can't wait to see the results! I've mainly been lifting and doing a bit of cardio (HIIT) and this is what I got after a month. My goal is to firm up and lift without losing too much chub. Not much of a difference but it's getting there... BEFORE AFTER Your turn!:wink:
