Introduce Yourself!
Hi everyone! Welcome to the 30 Day Squat Challenge. What I'd like for everyone to do is tell us a bit about yourself. 'What are your fitness goals? How are you feeling about the challenge? Are you a exersize newbie or an exersize veteran?' Let us know! We look forward to begining our 30 Day Squat Challenge with all of you!
Progress
I started on Sunday 9/08. So today is my first rest day. That's nice but I'm worried that tomorrow will be tough because of it. We'll see. So far so good. When doing the 60 last night only the last 10 was a little tough. Can't imagine how it will be at 150 or 250. I'll probably break those down to 50 or so at a time…
