I ran/walked a mile today... on top of being on my feet for work for 4 hours
Yesterday I woke did some sit ups, push ups, and squats then after work one mile of sprint and incline intervals. This morning same as yesterday and then Ill be teaching a ballet class in which I will dance as well.
