How are you doing on your weight loss journey?
I did well in the first few weeks, but I didn't modify an old broccoli and cheese casserole recipe and the pounds added up!! I only lost 1 pound this week, and I have to be very careful!!! I am 5'4'', and I currently weigh 222.2. Any diet tips??
