How did everyone do last week??? I must admit I just met my goal, but barely. This week I am on vacation with my parents, so hopefully I can stick to my calories. So my goal for this week is to stay under my calorie or just at my calories at least five out of the seven days! What are your goals for the week??
When picking up around the house do some leg lunges well vacuuming, squats, do the stairs a couple extra times, twist a little...stay active mammas.
Drink, Drink, Drink!! Make sure to stay hydrated. Water is great to drink a lot of! We need it being so busy as moms, and adding exercising in! Keep up the good work ladies.

Every week I think we should set goals to accomplish that week. We can set them indivudually and then post them allowing the rest of the members to be our cheerleaders. Or every week we can take turns making one for the whole group. Let me know what you think.
