Most Workout Minutes Challenge: keep track of every minute you exercise this week. When you exercise it must be in 10 minute increments for it to count!!!!! go an extra 10 minutes on the treadmill or bike. Remembr it must be intentional and you can do cardio or strength for this challenge. Tally up those points each day.…
