Sore
Even though I did some walking after D1L1 of 30DS, I am VERY sore today. I had a very busy night and was not able to get my workout in and I'm not sorry about that. How is everyone else doing?
Start date
I would love to be a part of this. Did you start on the 21st? I can start today. I've done it before, but had to stop due to illness, and finding it hard to get back on track. i really think this would help.
