Come on DFW people I know you are out there :flowerforyou: I Live in Bedford. I would like to see this group grow. It would be nice to know there are others in this area going through the same things. :wink:
My Goals
lose 100# + By healthy eating, exercise, (gotta work on that one :grumble: ) Set long term & short goals.. start a journal of my journey. I know there are more. I will figure them out when I start my Journal.
