This is a great workout for the time involved, just 25 minutes and then a two minute cool down that I did not do because I continued with a treadmill workout. Definitely intense... I am Female, age 38, weight 139 lbs and my caloric burn was 196 calories. I really pushed my self with no modifications, sweat dripping... Lol!…
