not in a while
my knees have been weird so I haven't exercised since friday I think. Not that I've wanted to that much.
end of days
Looks like the end of the good weather for a while. Guess I'll have to go to the health club for my calorie burning. Have had some great walks this year, but hard to take walks with a stroller in the snow.
I have the sniffles
now working out will be really hard. Both because I can't breathe and because it sucks. I doubt I'll do it this weekend.

took a long walk today which is good, but i have to somehow force myself to get to the gym one of these days.

Took my niece on a walk today in a bjorn. I'm counting it as my exercise today
Trying to get out from behind this computer
I really don't want to exercise right now, but I am forcing myself to go to the health club. I'll probably just do the elliptical for an hour. and maybe my shake weight.
