Curious if anybody is doing the most current BBM 5 challenge?
Not sure if anyone still uses this group, but wondering how you would count the exercise? I can never find HIIT in the search. How many calories does a cardio day burn?

I'm on day 57 and loving it although I'm getting pretty sick of the Irish jig. Anyone else? I'm wondering what to do after the 90 days too, although open to her 2.0 relaunch in September and will be trying out 3.0 in the new year. Would love to hear from others doing 2.0
I'm thinking of starting this on Monday and wondered if anyone would like to buddy up with me at all?
