I am 173 lbs mother of 2 who wants to run my first 5k. My goal is run as many 5k as I can this year. My first run will 1.26.14. since i am not in shape/fit I figure I may have to walk some of it. However I want to run the whole thing..... #lots of work to do..!
Started this group for women of Western KY, to motivate each other, be accountable to some one, and to feel as if you have a friend where you live who knows what you are going through. I know I need that right now... how about you?
