Fit test 2 results
Finish my fit test today. Here are my results :) 1. Swtich Kicks: 54 - 62 2. Power Jacks: 50 - 50 3. Power Knees: 80 - 95 4. Power Jumps: 28 - 30 5.Globe Jumps: 8 - 7 6. Suicide Jumps: 15 - 15 7. Push Up Jacks: 25 - 25 8. Low Plank Obliques: 48 - 55 I'm happy with my results :)
Bring on Week 7!
Just finished up MAX Interval Plyo and am ready to have Shaun T kick my *kitten* and make me his ***** again next week! Oh how I'm happy to have the rest day on Sunday. LOL
