We're up to 200 reps for GBA & 4 minutes of planks
still going stong. broke it down to 4 segmants of 50 reps.... with a five minute plank.
We're over halfway thru people!! Hang in there & push on!!!
still kickin *kitten* on the challenge... everything is 150 reps... and im doing 5 four minute planks!
Well if you're following the list today is the last day @ 120 reps & we're not even at the half way point yet!! Rest tomorrow & then we're up to 150 reps.

In the books.... 100 100 100 of the push ups squats with weight and leg lifts... also 100 front crunches 100 glute bridges and 100 'hammmer curls. AND... my 4 three and a half minute planks!!!!
