Kinda of new
Hi. 37 yr old male . Been doing myfitnesspal since last summer. Have had a little success (3-5 pounds) but motivation is sometimes low and stress is always high. Effecting both diet and excersise . Hoping to get some advice or stories on what others have tried. And what worked for you. Thanks in advance.
